What is UX design and why is it important for my website or app?
Put simply, UX is ‘how it feels’ to use a product or service.
UX design is a research based activity which uncovers and fixes problems which users encounter while using your product, software or service.
It’s crucially important, as users only have a limited ‘reservoir of goodwill’ and if this gets drained through frustration and cognitive overload, then they will eventually simply find a competitor who can do it better.
